CTO a4582ee1f8 interactive console test runner for EpsonTest ...

Replace commented-out code blocks with arrow-key navigation menu.
First menu selects receipt type (Kitchen/Final/Invoice/Bar/OrderItems),
second selects printer target (HTML or Epson hardware).
